But i cant find anywhere on the demo where Job Seekers can manage their own portal, and post their CV..am about to purchase this theme but i need to clear this up.

It is because the demo is setup for logged in admin user. Anyway, here's the registration page of a live site http://hotelsdb.com/wp-login.php where user can register either as a job seeker or employer and each is provided with a separate user panel.

I just want to ask if there is anyway a job seeker can upload his/her CV in the following formarts....doc,.docx,.pdf etc.

And Employees would just download the CV instead of having to read through the entire Resume as it where...

What i mean is when u search a resume can it filters out some, can you just download the resume immediately?
