jobpress resumes location

am I able to make it where the resumes show with a short specific address pattern
i.e.

jobsite.com/resumes/1234567

also may is it possible to set it where it can be chosen by poster as they upload (like john smith = jobsite.com/resumes/john_smith )

There is no option on this yet and will require code customization to implement. The themes are not encrypted and so it can be modified according to your requirements.
