The theme uses WordPress's native user functionality, so WordPress in general does not actually allow multiple users to be registered with the same email address. I'm not sure what you're meaning to achieve with having a different database as such? How "difficult" this is, is relative to your level of coding knowledge..

We need to customize and develop the theme more, because we are having different aspect and plans on the business, that's why we expect the volume of the database, number of employers, jobseekers will highly increase in 2 year. Therefore I think at that time we will have to change the coding to full PHP and use the mySQL databases on the future script . Best,
