    Hello,

    can Employers search fro Resume online? if so, is there an option so they can pay to have access to the service?

    Yes there is an option where employers need to pay in order to browse the resumes.

    Employers searching candidates

    Is it possible to use Jobroller to primarily allow "employers" to view available "candidates", rather than for candidates to view available jobs? I am interested in having the candidates primarily displaying their resume, but to then only allow the employers to contact the candidates by paying a fee of some kind. Ideally, it would be possible to allow an employer to view full candidate details for a time period - eg. one month etc.

    Can you please advise?
