JobRoller - Industries vs Job Type

I am interested in jobroller but I am puzzled why the script is catered for job types like freelance, fulltime etc... rather than industries type which is the norm for job script.

I see that the industries categories appear after clicking on a job listing.

Why not have a directory listing on the index page like ClassiPress? It's more user friendly. Most people search for industry type rather than job type.

Feedback: I would suggest the job listings links to be in blue rather than in black.

You can change the listing type to the industry type as you have preferred to. It has a dashboard like classipress where you can change values according to your preference.
