There are two different registration types, employer and job seeker. The employer sees the "Submit a job" button, but when a job seeker is logged in, they see their dashboard link to input a resume. The demo site is only logged in as the employer. Thanks.
To elaborate on this question, yes companies (employers) can search resumes and upload jobs and job seekers can upload resumes.
