Jobroller Plugin Saturation over the core Wordpress

I have a client who is interested in utilizing a careers/job plugin like your, but within their existing corporate site. So, it wouldn't be the primary function of their site... actually it would be very little to the focus of the site. - more like a careers sub-menu under about us. The balance of the site should should unaffected by the career/job plugin.

In your samples, it doesn't appear that there any example sites who are using the plugin in this manor - ie: not making the entire Wordpress site about job postings.

Can you elaborate about the ability to utilize custom themes, and simply create a jobs page/section that functions within the content area of a template?

JobRoller (like our other themes), is a stand alone theme, not a plugin, so it's not designed to be integrated with an existing theme in that it will literally replace whatever WordPress theme you may already be using.

To use JobRoller with an existing website, you have the option to install it in a subdirectory on its own instance of WordPress:

i.e.
www.yourdomain.com <== Your existing website/homepage
www.yourdomain.com/jobs <== Your JobRoller installation

You could then simply link the two between their navigation menus..even more easily done using the WordPress custom menus function :)
