Is there recurring fee after purchasing the JobRoller software?
How would I know the software would work on "Lunarpages" web hosting?
Can you help with initial rollout?
Can I linik to my paypall account or is it better to purchase the credit card app as well

The initial purchase includes a lifetime license to use the theme, and 12 months of theme updates and support. After that time if you wish to continue to receive theme updates and support, it is $29 for a single theme subscription renewal.
You can find some of the requirements to use AppThemes on our FAQ Page.
We provide installation documentation, however we do not provide these services. If you are looking for an installation provider, you can find these on our certified partners page.
PayPal is the default payment gateway included with the theme, so it's ultimately your decision if you wish to provide other payment gateway for use. You can find other payment gateway plugins in the AppThemes marketplace. Thanks.

Do I need word press installed on my desktop to modify/customize jobroller to fit my requirement.

What other plug-ins are required on my desk top. Is it easy to customize JobRoller and upload to my web host?

You can read more about the recommended method for theme customizations here, which may help explain it a little more. You don't need plugins to run the theme, however you can find optional plugins in the AppThemes marketplace. Thanks.
