1. I already have a standaloane website/blog that is not wordpress. Can I still d/l Classipress and Job Board and integrate this with my current website? Or do I need wordpress.

2. Does the Classipress and Job Press have multiple cities...For example craigslist, you click on your city and add from their?

Yes, you would need to install wordpress since classipress is a theme that requires wordpress. But there shouldn't be any problem to have a wordpress installation beside your existing website. You could cross link both websites.

There is no option for multiple cities yet but you could consider installing wordpress as multisite and using a separate blog for each city. This way you would have each city separated from the other.
