language italian in public interface

Hi guys,
i have a little question about use Job Roller; i 'd like to use theme only in language italian, but i see that there isn't interface in italian language, so there are problems in management in insert curriculum in italian language ( i mean that italian user have problems because your customer interface is only english). admin profile in english is not a pproblem, but interface publiv must be in italian
