License validation

Hi, I have a question about the price plan.
I want to buy Classified Press and Classified Press Admin templates, then install it on my own server. My questions are:
1. How can I translate the whole template to another language since they will be served as a service in my hometown country (not USA English)?
2. I see there is a renewal plan ($29/year). So is it possible if I just buy them one time, install and customize them for my usage, without any relevance to AppThemes or renewal?

1. If you wish to translate the theme into another language, you can either use an existing translation files (if available), or use the instructions provided also via our Languages page.

2. The subscription renewal is optional, so if you did not wish to renew again after the initial 12 months period has expired you don't have to. At that point though you will receive no further theme updates or have access to our support forums. Thanks.
