Hello,

Business partner and I have a list of questions.

1) Is a program required for us to have to run the ClassiPress Template you offer?

2) Do you offer hosting? If not, whom do you recommend?

3) Does classipress allow multiple methods of payment by customers (credit cards, paypal and echeck)?

4) Can Classipress be integrated with Facebook, Twitter, ect?

5) Do you offer SEO?

6) The price for the template you offer, is the price an annual fee? Or is this a one time purchase and its mine forever?

7) Is there an option on the classipress that will allow our customers to search by zip code or city and have a radius? If not, can you offer assistance or potentially create a custom version for us?

8) You note that the front page can be modified; can the other pages be modified?

9) Do you offer Domain Registration?

10) What is included in the packages you offer besides the template? Customer Support?

11) Does the image you have on the template of "ClassiPress" have to be listed on the template?

12) How many admin users can be behind the store front at one time? For example, my business partner and I...can we access the website at the same time?



Your help answering these questions tomorrow would be great. We are on a deadline and must make a decision this weekend.

1) Yes, ClassiPress is a WordPress theme, and requires you to have an installation of WordPress for it to run.

3) The current payment gateways available are PayPal (for which you can also allow Credit Card payments), and bank transfer. Other customers have implemented their own payment gateways but this would involve customization of the theme on your part.

4) The upcoming release of ClassiPress (version 3.1) will have Facebook integration in terms of the login.

5) Not as an additional service, no, however you can use an SEO plugin along with the theme if you wish. WordPress itself is known for having great SEO. You can read more about it here.

6) The price is a one-off cost, with no additional fees. You'll also get free updates forever, so, if you happen to purchase your licence now, you'll get the upcoming upgrades with all the extra features, as well as those available in the future, at no extra cost.

7) You will see further enhancements to the search feature, which includes radius search, in ClassiPress v3.1 which is estimated for release within the next 2 months.

8) Yes, the theme is not encrypted, so you are free to customize it as you wish. We also have a certified partners page where you can find coders for hire if you are looking to get someone else to customize the theme for you.

9) No

10) Yes, we offer customer support in the form of these forums. Only verified customers are able to access the support areas. As mentioned earlier, the packages also include free updates.

11) No, this is just a placeholder to show you where your logo can go, so it can be replaced with your own via the ClassiPress admin dashboard.

12) This is part of WordPress functionality, not specific to ClassiPress, so you can assign whoever you want as admin and they can be logged in at the same time.
