In JobRoller there are 2 different registration types, Employer or Job Seeker. Based on your feature requirements, Job Seekers can login, add/edit their resume/cv, add jobs to their favourites and apply for jobs. Employers can list jobs, edit them. Not sure what you mean by "emailids all details", but there are email notifications when someone posts a job and applications are sent directly to the employer. You can read more about the theme functionality here as well as view links to the demo. Thanks.
