Looking for a specific type of Wordpress Theme

Hello,

I am looking to buy a 3 column theme similar to the following sites,

I am particularly interested in the way the thumbnails work in the above mentioned sites. That is:

1) I add a thumbnail gallery with one 1 main image. The thumbnail gallery sits below the main image.
2) When a visitor clicks on ANY thumbnail, he goes to a different page which has an enlarged image of the thumbnail he clicked
3) The new page with the enlarged image of the thumbnail clicked by the visitor, should have all the thumbnails that were present under the main image + all the widgets as in the main page of the post.

If you have a theme like this, or can make one, I would like to get a quote and demo for that.
