Making Payment Before Resume Submission & Multi-language

I wish to find out the following information before purchasing the theme. My client is running a job recruitment company.

1. Can the theme allow me to force user to make payment first before submitting the resume?
2. Can the job seeker submit resume using his own attachment file via the website instead of online form?
3. Does the multi-language support Chinese (Simplified), and Malay?

In answer to your questions:

1. Currently there is no option to charge users to submit a resume to the resume page, or when applying for a job. Basically, no charges relating to job seekers is built into the theme and would require customization on your part.
2. This is also not built into the theme, however you can find this functionality available in the FXTender pro plugin
3. The theme can be translated into any language, however it is not multi language capable in terms of allowing users to select from various languages. Whilst there are WordPress plugins for this such as mentioned here, it's not currently compatible with JobRoller out of the box. Thanks.
