I am just wondering if Clipper has a membership function, so that people wanting to access the coupons need to purchase a membership? And they are only able to download each coupon once?
There is currently no membership function built into Clipper, so coupon listings are purchased individually. There is no restriction to the number of times you can download a coupon other than the expiry date of the listing. Thanks.
