This is a topic which has come up before, with it also being a popular feature request for consideration into a future release of ClassiPress. At present there is nothing built in to allow paid membership, and any plugins are really up to individuals to test out (and not technically supported). At this stage I can't give a definite yes to the plugin you mention working, although I know it has been mentioned.. there just hasn't been any update on whether or not someone has had success with it.
