It's certainly something we have received a lot of requests for in the
AppThemes Ideas Exchange (for all of our themes), so is something we will likely review again in the future. There are no immediate plans at this time though. I'm not entirely sure if plugins such as WPTouch are entirely compatible with the themes, but they have been mentioned.
