Multi Country locations from indeed/linkedin/simply hired/career jet

I want to set up the jobroller site so that the user can make selections from any of the countries included in the indeed worldwide list http://www.indeed.com/worldwide and get apropriate results without customisation to the jobroller. How is this also possible for the plugins from linkedin/simplyhired and career jet ?
