Want to build a directory for medical reviews where users can rate the hospital/clinic based on different parameters such as below

Medical Expertise of Doctors
Staff Quality
Equipment Quality
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Value for Money

If any such functionality is available in the vantage theme, please let me know

OR if you can customize the theme so I can pay extra dollars

This is not currently a feature of the theme by default, nor is there a specific plugin available at this time in the AppThemes marketplace. It would require customization on your part and whilst AppThemes doesn't offer customization services, we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire. Thanks.
