Multiple Restaurant Mobile Backend

Hi,

We want to use wordpress as backend of our android app. There will be multiple restaurants and each restaurant owner login the system to manage their own content.
What i am asking is if vantange theme can deal with this?

And is there any restfull api for this theme so that we can easily integrate wp backend with our mobile app?
