Other directory themes have issues with Wordpress Multisite network users - basically, from the WP Codex:

with Users that signup on a completely different site get added as Active members of the directory - while they may not have the same 'role' permissions they end up being listed in the directory. For example a real estate directory with paid membership to be listed as an Agent, shows a list of all users on the network as being 'Agents'.

Do your themes have this same issue?

We haven't had any reports of this kind of issue with our themes on a WordPress multisite network with the exception of the JobRoller theme, which incidentally is the only theme in which there are 2 different registration types (Employer and Job Seeker). The other themes do not have the different registration types option by default.

The customer who discovered the issue with JobRoller kindly posted a tutorial in our forums for people looking to create a hack to resolve the problem, with the other option being to manually make the permissions change to the user account from the wp-admin. Thanks.
