Need advice before purchasing

Hi,

i am planning to purchase classipress theme for my upcoming project. I want to know if following would be possible.

I will install basic wordpress and work on the layout for the customer. The customer has three main menu

Home - basic posts will go there.
Classifieds - > this should goto classified.mydomain.com
forum -> forum.mydomain.com

i wanted to understand if something like this will be possible once i integrate classipress them. Technically i think there will be only one database and should be shared with all these. I am planning to use mingle for the forum.

Also on second thought what is the forum plugin that is used here, this one looks organized.

No default options in Classipress yet on your required set-up and will require some form of code customization and or through the use of a plugin to implement specially on synchronizing users account for each installs. The theme is not encrypted and so it can be modified accordingly. Implementation is just dependent upon your coding skills or you can avail the services of an experienced programmer to do it for you.
