Need membership capability

Need to be able to sell site memberships as well as classifieds.

User Roles should build upon earlier roles.

a. Guest
b. Classifieds
c. Site Membership

1.) Role (a) sees a limited amount of information and/or limited number of classifieds

2.) Role (b) can add/edit his own classified ad and sees a limited amount of information and/or limited number of classifieds

3.) Role (c) can add/edit his own classified ad(s) and sees a complete amount of information and/or complete number of classifieds

Can this be done with Classi-Press out of the box?

Yes, it can be done but you would have to use a role plugin like role scoper. Then you'd have to define different roles for your users/visitors to only show certain ads based on their permissions.
