do i need psd?
what is the use of psd. do i need it to change the width of the collums and side bars? do i need to buy the 159$ package of classipress in order to creat a website like Taiwan Deal – Taiwan Teaching Jobs, Classifieds, Apartments, Forum and Chat (is he using the 159$ package)? or i can do it all with the 99$ package?

The PSD file is just a template which can be used by web designers in making design modifications to the theme.

You can do everything with the 99$ package as there are no encrypted codes in classipress. Modification of the theme however is just dependent upon your coding skills.

does it include the shaded area inside boxes(the background of each box)? can i change the color of the box where texts are located?

The files are all in the theme and so you can definitely modify it according your preferences.
