Please note that AppThemes does not officially support customizations, and anything that isn't already a feature or setting you can change from within the JobRoller dashboard is considered a customization. We have a mods & tutorials section of our forums which customers can use to seek community based support.
1. How hard this is, is relative to your level of coding knowledge. If you do not have knowledge of php/css already, then you may not find it so easy to add extra fields.
2. The option to upload an image for the resume is already available during the resume posting process.
3. This would require some modification of the default theme code as there is no option to hide this from within the JobRoller admin dashboard.
4. When the payments functionality is updated, for other payment gateways that are not built into the theme by default, you will be able to purchase additional payment gateway plugins from the
AppThemes marketplace.

6. By default, the application form requires the CV to be attached to the application.
The FXtender plugin allows resumes already uploaded to be used, so this may be something you'd like to check out for its functionality also.
