What are the features of the new version and what is the expected date of launch

Here are some of the features planned for v1.2

Events
Sortable listings pages
Multiple listings on a single map
Large map for home page and listings pages
Different map pins for events and listings
Draggable map pins when creating a listing
Driving instructions
Contact business owner forms
Rich snippet microdata for SEO
New pricing plans that allow multiple categories

Vantage V1.2 beta is currently undergoing internal testing. If nothing major is revealed during this time, we should be able to release beta within the next week or so. Thanks.

Reoccurring Billing

Will reoccurring billing be included in the new version?

This is something our team are looking at for a future release, however it will not be available in Vantage v1.2. Thanks.

Vantage 1.2 questions

First, I'd agree with poster above that one of the largest reasons I will be buying the Vantage them when it comes out is the amazing pre-sales support I've received here on this forum. I'm hoping (anticipating) it will be the same on the technical support side. :)

Question: does the Vantage theme offer "approval" functionality for the listings? That is, I'd like a business to be able to create a listing in the normal way, but before the listing "goes live", it needs to be approved by an administrator. And it would be additionally nice if the administrator was notified that there is a listing to approve.

Yes, listing approval is something already available in the existing version of Vantage, so you can choose whether or not you want to moderate listings before they are published. The admin receives an email to notify them of pending listings which need moderation. Thanks.
