I have been on several websites where I start to bulid the website that I want and realize I do not have the technical knowledge to create one. So, have discoverd Classipress and love it, its perfect. But do I have to create a website first and then incorporate classipress to it. Or can I purchase classipress and then create my website from your template...

All of our themes require an instance of WordPress to run, so you first of all need to set up WordPress on your own hosting account, and then you can install the ClassiPress theme. You may find it useful to have a look at the installation documentation relating to WordPress and ClassiPress for a better idea of what is involved. Depending on your hosting provider, you may find that you have a one-click install option for WordPress which will make the process even easier for a beginner. Thanks.
