    no answers

    Looking in here and I see answers not answered properly and some not answered at all.
    Is this the support that members who buy will get as well??

    If I buy and cant get an answer then I wont be happy..

    Also what is your refund policy if
    1. I am not happy with the product because it wont do what I want it to do or
    2.. support is so slow I cant get answers to help modify my theme??

    An interesting statement to make when you know that the response will come from the person (me) who primarily responds to the pre-sales threads here in the forums. I certainly disagree that threads are not answered properly or at all here.
