Option for candidates to upload CV to be kept on file ?
This would be an essential feature for us. We take candidates details and keep these on file incase jobs come-up, we can then match the CV to the job. We would use this in addition to the posting of jobs (with the associated invitation for candidates to upload details).
There is no option on uploading CV file instead the jobseeker are required to fill up a resume form where it is keep on the WP database.
However, job seeker can directly send to the employers their CV and resume using the single job submit form.
