Options

I’m looking for the following options:

- ability for users to post free classifieds
- users can register and have the ability to see their postings, ability to manage their classifieds? What is the current registration function used for?
- the current nav structure won’t work well if you have multiple categories and sub categories. Is there ability to push this to a vertical nav?
- search function, can someone search by category?
- banner management, can you set a schedule, can you customize run of site, ability to run ad only on certain sections? can you have multiple ads rotating in same spot? How many ads positions can be placed on the page? is it possible to determine click thurs (or would doubleclick handle this), i know you have the number of impressions built into the site already
- a buddie list would be cool, sell to your friends who are registered on the site first before offering it to everyone, use of social networking would be key i.e. like facebook

Some of the news options look very impressive. I’m willing to pay for above to be addressed. Please contact me ASAP.

Those are all great feature requests some of which are already included.

-Currently classipress allows free posting or user needs to be registered.

-This is a setting chosen by the classipress owner. I agree on the current navigation limitation and am working on a better design to handle multiple categories and sub-categories.

-Banner management is handled by a cool plugin that allows you to schedule, track, rotate, etc ads. Check out the author's page here.

-A buddy list is a good idea too. I'll have to explore that further.

It's good to get feedback on what potential customers are looking for in a classified ads product. Helps me build a better product roadmap for everyone to benefit from.

What has kept me from buying is users can't end/modify their ads after they submit one. If you could develope this feature I would buy a couple of these right away :)

Yes, that's an important feature to have and will be included in the next release.
