Hi.

Having looked through some of your example websites, its not very clear what are 'out of the box' features

Ratings? - Does the star ratings system (comments etc...) come free? or is this a paid add on?

Events - Can you charge for people listing events?

Paid membership or paid adverts? - Can people pay for a membership (as many events / listings as they like for a fee?) or just for single adverts?
Or both? If someone has 1 listings, they pay say £10 or if they want unlimited pay £100 etc?

Coupon codes / discount codes? - Are these available? - 10% off listing price etc... promo offers

Layout options? out of the box? - How many different designs are there? Is one similar to uktattooshops.co.uk out of the box?

The default features of the theme are outlined on the main Vantage theme page, and shown on the demo site also linked from there. To specifically address the points you mention:

Ratings are included in the theme by default, no plugin required.
Events can be charged for, yes.
Currently listings are paid for individually rather than a membership option.
The theme does not include an option to offer discounts for placing a listing, however you can add this functionality through the use of a plugin available in our marketplace.
There is just the layout option shown on the demo (main map is an optional widget built into the theme), but the theme can be customized by you to suit, or you can find ready made Vantage child themes in the AppThemes marketplace also. Thanks.
