Hi,

Is it possible to 'incentify' a listing to attract owners to claim their listing; for example, 'claim your free listing & you'll get a link to download a free report' (i.e. once owner claims their listing, a link then appears for them to click on for their free whatever)?

When someone gives a listing a rating from one to five stars and/or a review, can owner of that listing approve the rating/review before that rating gets posted?

When someone gives a listing a negative review that is posted, can the owner of the listing have the option to respond to that negative review?

is there a lead contact form feature available for a listing so that a listing owner can 'harvest; leads?

Is the latest posted review on a listing be rich snippet enabled?

Can owner of a listing layout a count of their facebook likes or number of twitter followers, etc. on their listing to demonstrate social proof?


Can I add message/posts, etc to owner's listing dashboard so they see them when they log in to their listing dashboard?

Can I do bulk uploads of CSV file to populate my directory with listings for the owners to later claim?

Can a listing owner share their youtube videos on their listing?

When a directory listing is displayed on a smartphone, is there 'one click to call, email or get directions' feature so that the viewer can quickly get in contact with a given listing?

There is nothing specifically built into the theme which offers what you describe in terms of a link/offer appearing when someone claims a listing.. If you wanted to automate something like this it would involve customization on your part.

Listing owners do not have the ability to change a user rating or review. They can respond/comment on a rating though.

There is no feature related to the listing owner "harvesting" contacts/leads. There is a contact listing owner link in the listing only if the site visitor wishes to contact the business.

Google rich snippets is planned for a future release of the theme, however this is not currently available.

Listers can post links to their Facebook and Twitter profiles, but not specifically show the followers/likers information on the listing itself.

There is no message functionality built into the theme as you describe.

Yes, the Vantage theme includes a .csv import tool which will allow you to import bulk data. You can see this on the Vantage admin demo.

If they add embedded YouTube code to the listing description, yes they can have a video window appear there.
