which package to buy?

Hello, I am very interested in buying one of your packages. I would like to design a website that lists all the clubs, societies, lessons, groups, courses, things to do in a country at a particular time. I would like people who run these courses to be able to upload course information with ease and (eventually) to require them to pay to do so. I would also like to have banner advertisements. I would also like tutors to be able to upload their teaching information and offer their services. A blog/forum might also be useful.
