Is it possible to configure to get 1 Free classifieds image for more images and to paid ads?
Yes, you can offer free and paid ads in ClassiPress if you wish, with the use of the ad package or even price per category payment options. There are no additional settings which will allow you to set a number of ads per ad package/category though. You can see the specific ad package settings available from the ClassiPress admin demo.
