Currently these specific features are not available with the out-of-the-box theme, however you can of course customize the theme if you wish.
It's likely we will see one or both of these in a future release of ClassiPress as they are both popular feature requests as you can see from our
AppThemes Ideas Exchange). Our JobRoller theme already has a $XX for XX job posts function, so it's a matter of once we have a standard framework in place we'll be able to more easily implement features such as this across all themes.
