These are related to pages and categories that are created automatically when you install the theme. Each of the pages has its own template in order for the related function to work. The page ID's are already filled out during the installation process, but if for some reason if you are re-creating pages, which then in turn means the page has a new ID, the fields are there to allow you to update it.
