Hello team,

I'm on the process of developing a city guide/business directory and need to make sure your theme will allow me to achieve the following requirements;

does it have offline payment option?

do paid plans have automatic email reminders?

do paid plan generate statistics?

is the paid plan feature pre-set or I can define which fields will be made available based the selected plan? for example, can i create 2 (or more) plans as follows;

Plan A (free)
business name
phone number
physical address

Plan B (paid)
business name
phone number
physical address
logo upload
website url
social media links/features
pre-defined (IE; 50 words) blurb/description about business
opening hours
Google map

besides customizing the plans, is it possible to offer add-ons as follows;

Plan A (free)
pay $10 for category feature for 30 days
pay $35 for homepage feature for 30 days

Plan B (paid)
pay $10 for category feature for 30 days
pay $35 for homepage feature for 30 days
pay $40 for category and homepage feature for 30 days

If a customer does not renew a paid plan, does the system automatically downgrade the listing and excludes the paid fields?

By default, Vantage includes PayPal and manual/bank transfer payment options

do paid plans have automatic email reminders?
There are email reminders linked to listings which are automatically sent when the listing expires

do paid plan generate statistics?
There is nothing within the theme by default which accomidates stats, however you can purchase optional add-ons such as this and this for some stats information.

is the paid plan feature pre-set or I can define which fields will be made available based the selected plan? for example, can i create 2 (or more) plans as follows;
You create your own payment plans within Vantage, and the available settings can be seen here on the Vantage admin demo. You can also create custom forms which relate to categories if there are additional fields you wish to include on specific category listings only.

Thanks for the answers. I took a look at the admin demo and as far as I understood the Plan Featured Addon is limited to Feature on Homepage and Feature on Category which solves the second example I have used on my question.

As for the custom forms I understood that since they relate to categories I would not be able to define a show/hide field based on a PLAN. Can you please give me a straight forward answer whether I would be able to do as example 1 or would have to set the system as example 2? Just tell me "example 1 can be achieved" or "no, example 1 cannot be achieved".

What you what to do in your examples can technically be achieved, but only through customization on your part. The default theme allows all of the fields to be completed by default, and you can't restrict fields such as image uploading, website URL, social media links etc in the way you describe. Vantage is not encrypted, so you are free to modify it as you wish. Thanks.
