I see "highlighted ads" can be the pay ads with all others free but can the pay settings be set so that text only ads are free and photo ads are the pay ads?
In a way other than having all photo ads highlighted?
The current standard CP options only gives you the two options you mention (free or paid), not specific features. I am unsure if any of this will change with the next release due out soon v3.0, but will find out more and will post back.
