Pay to post coupons

Clipper is *almost* what I need. The only thing missing is the ability to take payments for submitting coupons. Basically, I want to create a coupon directory in which local business pay to place their own coupons on the site. Clipper is the closest thing I've seen to what I'm looking for. If you could just add the pay-to-submit feature, I'd be sold. Any chance this feature will get added?

Not Groupon

I should add that I'm not referring to a Groupon clone. I'm talking about a totally different monetization model.

It's likely this will happen, however there is no further information about when this will be implemented. For the moment there is an existing feature request submitted on the AppThemes Ideas Exchange along the same lines, so you are welcome to vote, or submit other payment gateway suggestions. Thanks.
