    Can I use 2CO with the theme? Or it must be integrated from ur side like Paypal?

    JobRoller has only PayPal integrated into the theme by default, so addition of any other payment gateway would either require customization of the theme on your part, or alternatively you could consider using AppThemes marketplace plugins such as FXtender Pro which already has additional payment gateways (including 2checkout). Thanks.
