The current payment gateway is through paypal and manual bank transfer.

Yes you can
Yes you cab I have coded and added a few new gateways for classipress, moneybookers and sms billing i.e. PayGol & BoxPay.

Is JobRoller / ClassiPress compatible with MoneyBookers/Skrill? Some clients do mention that there is 'something' - but the answer is available only to existing clients.
Can I expect that make it [JobRoller / ClassiPress] working with MoneyBookers?
