You don't need an actual Paypal account to make payment as you can also use Paypal to pay by credit card (please see the screenshot below)..

Hi Pepsi! I am used to seeing the screenshot above, but I do not see that credit card option on my account. Am I missing something?

Solved my own issue - you need to upgrade the PayPal account to a Premier Account (no charge on the upgrade).

Paypal's not working

I just set up classipress on my new site www.localsonly.la and basically when an ad is submitted no payment gets processed , so the add just goes into my dashboard for approval , do you know how to fix that?
