Is it possible to charge the users when they submit a resume and also, the company who will posted a new job?

By default, JobRoller allows you to charge employers to place job listings, or to subscribe to the resume database. There is no option to charge job seekers to submit resumes so it would require customization of the default theme on your part if you wanted to implement this. Thanks.

Is it difficult to be done?
Can I do it by myself?

I have no previous experience with wordpress!

How difficult it is, is ultimately relative to your coding knowledge, so if you perhaps haven't worked with .php before then this may not be so straightforward. Is there any plugin that could accept brazilian's currency (BRL) payments?

You may like to check out the FXtender Pro plugin available in the AppThemes marketplace, as this plugin offers many additional features to JobRoller including more payment gateway options (of which, there are gateways such as 2checkout.com which does offer support for BRL). Thanks.

Is there any space where the job seeker can fill in with all his information, like previous experience, skills....
Is it customized? Can I include or excluse some fields?

The resume feature in JobRoller allows users to input their skills and experience in the form of a resume/cv. Adding or removing fields to that specific form would require customization of the default theme on your part. Thanks.
