Let me put it this way, if you install a plugin that is not compatible with the theme, you shouldn't expect AppThemes to provide you with solutions to get it working. Likewise, if you make a customization and it "breaks" the theme, you shouldn't make expect for us to provide you with the code to fix the problem. Officially, we would suggest you restore the theme files to the default if such a thing happened.
Unofficially, you may find that occassionally members of our moderating team do assist with certain issues, but ultimately these kinds of questions are open to community based support only.
