Hi! This might not be a pre-sales question but I can't seem to find anyother way to contact you guys. About 5 hours ago, I've purchased the Vantage Theme using google checkout (via American Express card), it took around 15 mins for the transaction to take money from my account (I have sms confirmation from my bank) However, my order from google checkout is saying that the order is pending and also in my AppTheme account there is not product for me to download?

This is the first time an online transaction has taken this long to complete.. Can you please let me know what's going on?

PS: I can't seem to log in to the forums (even if I'm logged in on the other pages,when I come to the forum page it says I'm not logged in :-/

I can see that your transaction was completed soon after you posted/emailed us about this, so an email should have also automatically been generated to notify you of this. Please feel free to email us if you're still having any problems accessing the theme or the forums. Thanks.
