Percentage of each sale

Is the percentage of each sale active yet?
Alternatively, do I have any other option to take a share from the escrow account, etc. before releasing the payments?
As of now, I understand that the only way to create some income is by Service providers signing up with us (subscription based). Right?
Please advise, I am about to make a purchase and now confused between Taskerr & MicroJobs theme. 99% I'm preferring Taskerr, but the only issue is users won't pay upfront for signing up.

Please advise.

The escrow functionality has not yet been implemented, but is planned for the next release (date to be decided). Currently you can monetize the site by setting up payment plans for users to place their listings or for advertising spaces. Thanks.
