    I find it funny that you email me of the addition of Shannon Dunn and to vote for your themes but don’t return my pre sales question.
    PLEASE ADD PHONE SUPPORT. I would then but, and have no problem paying for phone support

    What pre-sales question do you speak of? I'm not aware of any in the forums or via email that have not been responded to, so please point us to your question and we will respond.

    We do not currently offer phone support, as all theme support is carried out in the forums.

    No, there are no plans for it at this time. Realistically we would need a much larger team to be able to support all the customers we have by telephone. The forums allow us to work through the threads in a reasonable time frame, and right now I can only imagine that being on the phone with one person for an extended period of time would mean many others are waiting longer for support. I hope this helps to clarify your question.

    well i ll support Pepsi here that the response time of Appthemes support team is really amazing here at the forum ... For some of my questions, i have got the answers within a few minutes so i am satisfied with the response time :)

    well thats ok if people are satisfied with the support through forum. The important thing is that the issue must be resolved as quickly as possible.

    At the end of the day, we don't claim to be able to provide instantaneous support, and this is outlined on our contact page as well. It just so happens though that our moderating team members are based in different parts of the world, so it's actually quite good being able to cover more time zones this way, so the actual response times are often much sooner. We're still human after all though, and have to sleep some time ;)
