Is there a classipress plugin that can allow payments to made instantly. Like a buy it now button that then goes to a cart..?

There is nothing in the AppThemes marketplace at this time which would add this functionality, so it would require customization on your part. AppThemes doesn't offer customization services, however we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire. Thanks.
