Possible to allow interviews via webcam between recruiters and job seekers?

hello,

I am very interested by the jobroller theme.
I want to build a job sites a little bit special because I want to offer recruiters and job seekers the ability to have an interview via webcam (if the recruiter is interested by the candidate's profile).

Do you think I can integrate such a feature to this theme, maybe a webcam module?

Or maybe I can find an alternative solution to make this work?

There's really nothing built into the theme for this, or anything like it, so if you were planning to integrate it in somehow you'd ultimately be customizing it to suit your own requirements and could make it work however you want it to. There is no encryption in the theme which would prevent you from making modifications, so you're free to make changes as you wish. AppThemes does not offer customization services, however we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire.
